The containers are stored in a gravity feeder. They are extracted from it by pneumatic cylinder. The containers are filled with primary material stored in the hoppers and are then taken to the conveyor belt.
These stations have precision scales fitted with an RS-232 interface to output the data to the PLC and with LCD display for visualization.
The three production stations incorporate the augmented reality technology that allows to select certain points of interest of some elements in order to obtain aditional information such asdownload of features, schemes...
The production station HAS-202 SE I4.0 is available with UR collaborative robot or pneumatic manipulator. Having the option of offering a robotic production station, means the possibility of integrating multiple robots into the system in case of choosing the robotic version in HAS-210 SE I4.0.
The yellow production station HAS-203 SE I4.0 incorporates two IO-Link devices (valve block and photoelectric sensor to measure the level of the hopper). In addition, it uses an HMI in order to work with this application (cycle counting of each electrovalve, generation of alarms or detection of the minimum level of pellets in the hopper).
Finally, the HAS-204 SE I4.0 station uses an artificial vision camera that combines BCR (barcode reader) and vision in a single hardware element. It reads the BARCODE code printed on the sticker of each container in order to validate it. In addition, this vision camera allows other vision check scenarios to be developed by the teacher or students.
