The HAS-200 Special Edition system with more technologies of Industry 4.0 allows the development of the most demanded skills in a highly automated environments of Industry 4.0. This technologically advanced didactic equipment allows the acquisition of the required skills for the different professional sectors.

In addition to the technologies implemented in the standard edition of this system, the special version includes additional technologies that make this equipment the ideal solution to emulate the reality of a smart factory with the latest 4.0 technologies. 

THE PRODUCT / PROCESS

HAS-200 allows the user to manufacture 19 different products. The raw material includes containers with four types of label (red, blue, yellow and multi-coloured). Each label incorporates a barcode that allows the product to be identified throughout the process with the BCR readers included in each station. In addition, RFID technology has been added to several stations in the system, as well as a QR code printed on a label of unique content.

Within the process, both the material weight and height is measured. These two variables are stored in the database and allow the generation of historical data, control charts, etc. within the Statistical Process Control (SPC) module.

Each of the HAS-200 system stations carries out part of the process.

• HAS-201 SE I4.0: Multi-coloured container feeding

This station supplies the system with empty containers to be filled with multicoloured beads in the production stations. >> (More)

• HAS-202 SE I4.0, HAS-203 SE I4.0 and HAS-204 SE I4.0: Production

The production stations perform the feeding, filling and weighing of the blue (HAS-202 SE I4.0), yellow (HAS-203 SE I4.0) and red (HAS-204 SE I4.0) containers, respectively. This also enables filling the multi-coloured containers coming from station HAS-201 SE I4.0.

To extend the range of possibilities offered by these process stations, the following technologies of Industry 4.0 have been added: Augmented reality (available for HAS-202 SE I4. 0 - pneumatic version, HAS-203 SE I4.0 and HAS-204 SE I4.0), Collaborative Robot (HAS-202 SE I4.0), IO-Link Smart devices (HAS-203 SE I4.0), HMI (HAS-203 SE I4.0) and Artificial Vision (HAS-204 SE I4.0).

• HAS-205 SE I4.0 and HAS-206 SE I4.0: Checking

These two stations have to measure the height of the raw material contained in the containers. The HAS-205 SE I4.0 station uses a linear encoder for measuring, whilst the HAS-206 SE I4.0 station takes the measurement using a linear potentiometer. 

In this case, safety technology has been incorporated into the HAS-206 SE I4.0 processg station.

• HAS-207 SE I4.0: Capping and labelling

In this station the lid is positioned on the container and a label is printed with a QR code that will put on the lid in order to identify the final product. This QR code has encrypted product information that can be read with standard mobile 2D code reading application. The product information to be shown can be defined in the software EdMES.

This station includes RFID, QR and BCR identification technologies.

• HAS-208SE I4.0 and HAS-209 SE I4.0: Vertical storage and horizontal storage

HAS-208SE I4.0: This station makes it possible to store containers, either semi-manufactured or as a finished product. It can hold up to 81 containers. The storage cells are arranged vertically.

HAS-209 SE I4.0: This station stores containers, either semi-manufactured or as a finished product. It can hold up to 56 containers. The storage cells are arranged horizontally.

Both warehouse types incorporate Industry 4.0 technologies such as HMI and electric actuators.

This station removes the final product from the process, placing it in two ramps for palletizing and dispatch. This station is available in two versions: With pneumatic manipulator or collaborative robot.
