The handling device MAP-205 is the answer from SMC International Training to the increasing demand of assembly minicells which allow to learn about the different handling systems.

The MAP-205 system integrates different handling system into an assembly mini-cell, by reproducing subsets of more complex processes found in industry in a little space. The mini-cell carries out a complete process of assembly and dismantling process of 4 pieces: base, bearing, shaft and cover.

The troubleshooting simulation system TROUB-200 is included, which generates up to 16 different breakdowns to be diagnosed by the user. Includes the option of integrating a communication interface that allows the user to access the PLC remotely and perform necessary remote maintenance tasks over the Internet.
