We would like to introduce the new robotized station for the HAS-200 training system. This station allows the storage of the finished product that is been dispatched in the previous palletizing station.

The new HAS-216 station is equipped with a 36-position horizontal warehouse and an anthropomorphic robot with vacuum manipulation tool. The robot will store in the warehouse positions the finished product that has been previously dispatched in the HAS-210 station.

HAS-216 is also equipped with a color HMI with integrated PLC, which will be in charge of the control of this station. This screen allows the automatic or manual operation of the station, in addition to other options available in the menu.

This new station adds the possibility of training in robotic technology to the HAS-200 didactic system, one of the most used techniques in industrial automation. Additionally, it reaffirms the flexibility offered by SMC International Training in developing and implementing new options in our product range, in order to meet our customers’ needs.
