AUTOMATE-200 integrates technologies such as pneumatics, sensors, electric motors, and programmable controllers, using real industrial components. Students develop skills in analysis, troubleshooting, design, documentation, installation, assembly, operation, and programming, all in a motivating and realistic environment.

This system includes up to ten functional blocks, allowing the creation of multiple configurations and activities of various levels of difficulty. The pieces used in the process vary in color, material, and shape, and are stored in containers at the end of the cycle, thus simulating a recycling plant.

There are two versions of AUTOMATE-200 available:
