In order to adapt our didactic equipment to meet all of our client´s needs, SMC International Training has developed a customized version of the FMS-200.

This time, an assembling station was designed focused on working with 6 degrees of freedom anthropomorphic robots.

The robot carries two different tools as final actuators, one pneumatic gripper and one vacuum ejector with pad system, in order to execute Pick & Place actions.

Moreover, the system includes a principal parts warehouse, pneumatic indexed plate as secondary warehouse and one eccentric table operated by an electric actuator. These elements allow the users to work with the robot in three different scenarios.

On this occasion, the robot included was a ‘LR Mate 200 iD FANUC’ model, but SMC International Training offers the possibility to add different robots from the market leading brands.
