The MAP-202-IoT is a unit designed to offer a comprehensive training experience in automation and mechatronics which also integrates 4.0 technologies present in today’s productive environments. This version includes capabilities focused on connectivity and advanced monitoring, making it possible to work with concepts specific to current production environments and expand the use of IoT technologies in system maintenance and operation. **DIGITALISATION**: A industrial mini PC is included in the system with an augmented reality server for real time visualisation of machine variables, as well as a software application developed in Node-RED that communicates with the unit via OPC UA. This web application allows PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE functions to be carried out on the three pneumatic actuators based on information from the solenoid valve block. Main functions: - **Cycle counting**: Individual monitoring of the number of cycles in three solenoid valves. - **End of service life**: Configuration of a setpoint to simulate when each solenoid valve should be replaced. - **Forcing of the solenoid valves** that control the actuators.
