Optionals

MAP-200 SE I4.0 has a series of optional extras.

Augmented reality

Augmented Reality

A set of technologies that allow a user to observe the real world with virtual graphical information added by means of a technological device. In this way, tangible physical elements are combined with virtual elements, thus creating an augmented reality in real time.

OPC UA

OPC UA

Open and secure industrial communication standard designed for the exchange of data between devices, systems, and applications in an interoperable way. Based on a client/server and publish/subscribe architecture, it enables structured real-time communication of information, regardless of manufacturer, facilitating vertical and horizontal system integration, connectivity in IIoT environments, and advanced process monitoring and control.

Node-RED

Node-RED

Node-RED is a development tool based on visual programming that allows the connection of devices, services, and APIs. This technology has become a standard within the Internet of Things (IoT) ecosystem.

Software application

Software Application

It is a software solution designed to interact directly with operating systems, devices, or technical infrastructures in order to monitor, analyze, and modify operational parameters in real time. This technology acts as an interface between the user and the system.

Energy efficiency

Energy Efficiency

The ability of a system to optimize the use of the energy required to carry out a process, minimizing losses and reducing consumption without affecting performance, quality, or safety. It is based on the application of technologies and control strategies that make it possible to adjust the energy used to the actual needs of the process, helping to improve sustainability, reduce operating costs, and increase industrial competitiveness.

Smart devices

Smart Devices

Set of smart field devices based on IO-Link communication, designed to exchange data bidirectionally with control systems within an automated process. They enable real-time parameterization, monitoring, and diagnostics of sensors and actuators, facilitating integration, flexibility, and advanced maintenance in industrial environments.

Programmable controllers

Programmable Controlers

Programmable Logic controller (PLC) technology refers to the use of programmable industrial electronic devices designed to automate and control processes and machines, executing logical, sequential and timed instructions from sensor inputs and reliably generating control outputs in industrial environments.

Industrial communication

Industrial Communications

Industrial communication refers to a data transmission system designed to enable communication between field devices, such as sensors, actuators, and controllers, and the monitoring and control systems in industry.

Sensors

Sensors

Set of devices designed to detect and measure physical or chemical variables within an automated process, transforming them into signals that can be interpreted by control systems. It includes sensors for position, proximity, temperature, pressure, or flow, enabling the acquisition of process status information and facilitating its monitoring, control, and optimization.

Pneumatics

Pneumatics

Set of systems and techniques that use compressed air to generate, transmit, and control energy within an automated process. It includes components such as compressors, valves, actuators, and maintenance units that enable driving, regulating, and sequencing movements, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and safety in the execution of industrial tasks.

Vacuum

Vacuum

Set of systems and techniques that use vacuum as a means to handle, hold, and transport objects within an automated process. It includes components such as vacuum generators, suction cups, valves, and sensors that enable safe, precise, and efficient handling operations, especially in pick-and-place, packaging, and material handling applications, improving productivity and process reliability.

Manipulator

Manipulator

Set of mechanical devices designed to move, position, and manipulate parts or tools within an automated process. These systems, which can be manual, assisted, or robotic, make it possible to carry out tasks such as transport, assembly, loading and unloading, or packaging, improving process precision, repeatability, and efficiency, while reducing human effort and increasing productivity.

Electrical panel

Distribution Panel

Set of electrical systems and components arranged within an enclosure or cabinet, intended for the distribution, protection, and control of electrical energy within an automated process. It includes elements such as switches, protective devices, contactors, relays, terminals, and control devices that enable the safe and efficient operation of machines and industrial systems.

Industry 4.0 technologies

In addition to the most common technologies in mechatronics and automated systems such as pneumatics - advanced electro-pneumatics, vacuum technology and sensors, the MAP-200 SE I4.0 family also includes 4.0 technologies present in current production systems such as system access via software platforms, augmented reality and smart devices (MAP-205 SE I4.0) among others.
It includes a software application developed in Node-RED, which communicates with the equipment via OPC-UA. This application is installed and run on a industrial mini PC included in the system, offering the following functionalities:
