Functions of each role

After logging in, the user has certain permissions depending on the assigned role; customer, production, maintenance, quality, logistics, plant operator and instructor. Several people can work simultaneously with the same role.

SMC Goods Receiver & Delivery

SMC Goods Receiver & Delivery is a mobile application available for Android and iOS devices and integrated with the management software through an API. This integration enables the customer’s signature to be recorded as proof of product delivery, with the signature stored for later consultation from the management software.

In addition, the application simplifies warehouse management by allowing the creation, editing, and deletion of individual items and packs directly from mobile devices.
