SCARA robot

SCARA Robot

It is a four-degree-of-freedom robot with horizontal positioning. SCARA robots are known for their fast duty cycles, excellent repeatability, high load capacity and wide field of application.

Safety

Safety

These technologies not only prevent accidents and protect workers, but also optimize production processes, reducing downtime and costs associated with incidents. The protection of machinery and the implementation of guards and physical barriers have become essential elements.

Distributed I/O

Distributed I-O

Distributed I/O is a system architecture that distributes input/output modules near various field devices and connects them to a central controller (such as PLC or DCS) through a network. Unlike traditional centralized I/O systems, distributed I/O systems distribute I/O functions to various nodes and realize data transmission and control through industrial Ethernet, fieldbus or wireless communication.

Programmable controllers

Programmable Controlers

Programmable Logic controller (PLC) technology refers to the use of programmable industrial electronic devices designed to automate and control processes and machines, executing logical, sequential and timed instructions from sensor inputs and reliably generating control outputs in industrial environments.

Industrial communication

Industrial Communications

Industrial communication refers to a data transmission system designed to enable communication between field devices, such as sensors, actuators, and controllers, and the monitoring and control systems in industry.

HMI

HMI

The space where interactions between humans and machines occur. The goal of this interaction is to allow effective operation and control of the machine from the human end, while the machine simultaneously feeds back information that aids the operators' decision-making process.

OPC UA

OPC UA

Open and secure industrial communication standard designed for the exchange of data between devices, systems, and applications in an interoperable way. Based on a client/server and publish/subscribe architecture, it enables structured real-time communication of information, regardless of manufacturer, facilitating vertical and horizontal system integration, connectivity in IIoT environments, and advanced process monitoring and control.

Electric actuators

Electric Actuators

Set of devices responsible for converting electrical energy into motion or mechanical action within an automated process. It includes elements such as electric cylinders, linear actuators, or controlled motors that enable precise and controlled movements, facilitating task automation and improving system efficiency, flexibility, and reliability.

Web Services

A web service is a technology that uses a set of protocols and standards that serve to exchange data between applications. Different software applications developed in different programming languages, and running on any platform, can use web services to exchange data on computer networks such as the Internet.

What does our factory produce and deliver?

SIF-400 allows the production of single unit containers and pack of containers. For the single unit containers, the customer triggers the order for X recipients assigning each of them a recipe. For the packs of containers, the customer triggers the order for X packs with the specific containers needed. SIF-400 can dispatch single unit containers, packs of containers and pallets of packs.

**THE PRODUCT**
Multiple product configurations are available:
- Shape of the container: square section and circular section
- Type of content: solid, liquid, and customized.
- Content configuration: colour, filling level, mixing ratio...
- Number of containers in each pack.
- Number of packs in the final pallet.

Conceptual distribution

**1 & 2 - Assembly and production process:** The assembly process comprises 6 non-sequential stations, where the containers are filled with solid and liquid materials, covered, labelled and stored. Additionally, the customized product feeding station, SIF-404 allows the filling of containers with materials produced in processes external to the factory, such as: 3D printing, milling, turning...

**3 - Logistics:** The logistics block consists of 6 stations, including the recycling and raw materials stations. The containers are placed in secondary packs that, sequentially, are transferred to the palletizing station, after which the pallets are labelled for shipment.

**4 - Assistant between stations:** An autonomous vehicle or mobile robot carries out the internal transport of materials at the request of the user.
